The people who market these things often present them as legal ... they put together a glossy package that looks real to a layperson, with all kind of legal citations ... however someone conversant with the law can spot it as a fraud in less than 20 minutes ... often they warn you not to have it reviewed by your accountant or lawyer because they are not sophisticated enough to understand it ... anything you read about it on the net is almost certainly produced by a fraudster ... only way to get legit info is hire a local CPA/lawyer that has been in your community for many years and has a good rep.

international business corporation
