Blacks aren't denied access to health care.

Vitamin D is only one factor which affects black health adversely. Another big thing is the higher rate of violence in black communities.

I recall many years ago people talking about the possibility of Canada joining the union. I knew immediately Canadians would never go along with that. They wouldn't want blacks from Detroit or Buffalo to become citizens and move to Toronto.
