You're a consistent optimist Ted. 2 million Americans will go into foreclosure this year. A million more will just mail their keys to their mortgageholders. Millions more will be upside down with mortgages worth more than their houses. American's credit card situation is as flaky as the subprime mortgages. We have no savings, other than the vanished equity in our houses.
