Dear Zebra: You are a "Declared" Short on ZITL, that is legal and not the problem ie you "borrowed" your shares. I am talking about "undeclared" shorts where they do not "borrow" shares but create non existent ones. Result is float goes up substantially making it very difficult for a stock to rise even on good news. To make matters worse, these *ssholes will sometimes SELL into a good PR release to cause stock to go down, another TRICK is to SELL a few hundred shares just before market close to have it close on a DOWN TICK. Both are designed to DEMORALIZE the average Joe Smuck (yes, thats what they think of us) so he or she will lose faith in the Company and SELL. I have been following the intraday activity of this stock for some time and while I am not equipped to prove it, I strongly suspect this is what is going on. JDN
