**OFF TOPIC** Sorry!
Well, Jeff, it depends somewhat on the browser you're using. I'm using Communicator, and when I come to a page that I think might be useful to members of a particular SI list, I move my pointer to Communicator's Location: window and right-click on the URL there. This highlights the URL and brings up a pop-up menu from which I can choose "Copy." I do so, then go to SI, create a message, and hit Ctrl+v (for copy) or right-click and then choose Paste, or place the cursor in the body of the message, go to the Edit menu, and select Paste there. The URL you copied will show up in the text of the message. It's best to have them set off on a line of their own, I think.
I've not had the URL show up as highlighted before I hit the submit button, but it's always there after the message has been posted.
The methods for performing this task will vary only slightly from browser to browser and platform to platform, so if you're familiar with the methods of copying and pasting, you'll be fine.
Good luck today!
