biz.yahoo.com I have to say that earnings were disappointing. Lower net income mainly due to higher expenses across the board. The good part is that the services margins are increasing and account for the majority of their business. The bad part is that I can't say that I'm a fan of the strategy of giving away the license for free and collecting on the services because it suggests that this is not a need to have for customers, but rather a nice to have. But as the they build a critical mass of licensees, the service revenue will eventually kick in and drive bottom line growth. Tom
