nwest: The next filing is due end of February, they were late last year with the 10K so we may not see it until March. IMO, the chance of an R/S is 0%. My guess at the O/S is ~200M. We already know what the revenue will be as per the last PR. I do not expect significant PPS movement when the report is filed, unless there is net income (as opposed to a net loss) or if there is far more significant dilution.
