I recall reading not long ago that one of the things that makes Iran subject to external pressure is that they don't have sufficient refining capacity and have to import gasoline. If people believe that this gives us a strategic advantage over Iran, is it also true that we have a strategic weakness because of our lack of sufficient refining capacity?
