I can't speak for John, but my sense of things is that all the Clinton stuff is old hat and even many on the right are tired of having it shoved in their faces, especially when they can now see the better economy that occured under Clinton and the horrendous debt under Bush.

My fear is that with Obama we have to start the cycle anew.....attacks on him, leading to the breathless media buzz, leading to proof that the attacks are scurrilous, and then a new attack. Obama is fresh meat.
