(Just thought that --- as far as strategic national security threats went --- "cutting throats" did not seem to weigh very highly on the list as far as efficiency of tactics, or macro-level effectiveness....) Well you cut a lot of throats as well as every square millimeter of bodies when you bring large buildings crashing down.
