Yep!

(I'm sure you are correct though that S.A., Mexico, etc., have subsidized gasoline prices.)

Pretty sure (repeating from memory here) that 1) Iran and 2) Venezuela have the world's 'cheapest' gasoline prices for consumers... that is, when it's available. :-)

And, the US is *among* the very cheapest.
