I moved out the last of my position in JMAR. While I do believe JMAR will restructure its finances to allow it to continue its plan to market the Biosentry product, in doing so it will have to significantly dilute current shareholder value. The upcoming meeting will either result in approval of the new shares, which will keep things moving but dilute current shares by an order of magnitude, or if it isn't approve, the company defaults. Better to look at this business again after it has restructured.
