Jim do you realize they haven't exposed the naked short number of shares in stocks yet? Only legal shorted shares are disclosed.

We didn't get a naked short cover yet as they haven't been forced to do so yet. I'm not sure but I think the way they get around it through a subsidairy. Most major brokers own a subsidairy. Maybe this is how they are getting around the rules. It's speculated they are waiting to see how much the fines or penalties are going to be if they don't cover them. I suppose if they have been doing it for 20 or more years the cost could be super substantially high.
