Are you sure of your facts? The data you have provided flies in the face of all the known data produced over the last C-E-N-T-U-R-Y. Rather then conclude there is something wrong with your PC, you have taken it upon yourself to announce all this data is "error 404". Are you sure that Dr Alan Grainger hasn't escaped a lunatic asylum or is he really desperate to get some publicity? Some idiot somewhere announces some "fact" and you immediately cling on to it as if it's the gods honest truth and should be believed in all circumstances unless proven wrong. This is indeed the tactic of the tobacco company statistician!!! Your earlier statement that some of the pollution problems in your area have been cleaned up is another indicator of someone in deep denial.
