AMRN After the RS on Jan 18 the stock temporarily dipped to $1.57 (a little less than $0.16 pre-split <g>)but the stock has more than doubled since then & today is up 9.01% with volume already
ahead of its ADV.

On Jan 10 it announced that it was going to start a PIIa of of AMR101, in which it will enroll 96 patients with AAMI to be tested over a 6 weeks period. The results are expected later this Yr.

And on Dec 5 it announced the agreement to acquire Ester Neurosciences for $15M & up to $17M in contingent payments. (Ester's assets include a mRNA silencing technology which targets the cholinergic pathway; EN101, a drug in PII with promising data for treatment of MG & several drugs in preclinical programs for neurodegenerative and inflammatory diseases.

As previously mentioned, AMRN cash position was pretty good & it also received financing commitments for approximately $8.1M in a public offerings in Dec in which the insiders committed $1.7M

I decided to start a small position on AMRN after the RS (now AMRND until the end of Feb <g>). Will continue to watch it as it seems interesting.<g>

The high (post RS) in Apr last Yr was $43.20 & in Nov 2001 $288.40 <g>
