Most of the additional shares everyone is discussing is already figured in to the valuation.....would someone please explain to me....why a company whose shares were diluted from:

'94 95 96
100mm 143mm 222mm

and whos losses have been increasing:
trailing 12 months ($3.38) per share.......and going forward ($4.13)

would have about 150% growth rate over the last 12 months?

look at NXTL

Folks we are not dealing with a company that is in retail sales here....
We are talking about future growth potential in an explosive sector....will there be dilution? YES.....but can we continue to call additional shares that add earnings dilutive? Sure, but its not fair.....the company is doing what they have to do....it is managments responsibility to bring value to their stock.
The company needs to finance acquisitions......how else do you expect them to do this?
As far as institutional attention? They definitely wouldn't have had any under $5 a share......the amount of attention will grow significantly if they can go over $10....as far as stictly momentum....relative strength at this point is 73 not 99.
