If you arrive at emergency with chest pain you receive immediate attention.
Yeah, brilliant, I get it. When I arrived at the triage nurses's window and told her I had bad chest pain and pain in my left arm, I was practically hit by the double doors to the ER swinging open, then knocked over as she reached to pull me through them into the ER. Within 15 seconds I was on a gurney and hooked to an EKG. They had an IV in and were starting drugs to minimize damage from the heart attack. When my wife arrived later (they didn't know she was coming), they got insurance info from her. Lousy system we have. :-) You been reading too many John Kerry and Hillary Clinton novels.

You never did answer me how long it would take you to get a hammer toe fixed. Maybe you should consult your own Canadian gov't. They have some very interesting reports on this sort of thing.
