Hi Jozef,

Obama IS a centrist.

How he works = pulls diverse groups together to jointly solve problems; record shows him working with Republicans on hard problems like ethics reform

Healthcare = doesn't like mandates, that's a Republican position

Diplomacy = wants to focus on global challenges like China and Asia, not be myopic and focus only on the Middle East; while we're fighting the war on terror in the Middle East, China is waging the global economic war and cleaning our clock; this SHOULD BE a Republican position

Energy/Oil Independence = he has a big plan on this; this SHOULD BE a Republican position, because it indirectly helps us fight the war on terror, since we won't be funding both sides of it; not to mention that it makes economic sense, considering the price levels oil have risen to

Economy = he wants to rebuild the middle class; this SHOULD BE a Republican position; you can't have a viable Democracy if you don't have an upwardly mobile populace; if all you have is Rich and Poor, then the gap is to great to overcome and the power is in the hands of a few, instead of in the hands of the many

Taxes = check out his tax plan; he wants to dramatically simplify tax preparation; that is a Republican position too
