Performance of gold since set at $35 during the depression versus the DOW, median home prices,median income, nominal GDP and inflation on a 75 year graph would be fun to look at.. If anyone can go it you certainly can.. Of course leverage and favorable tax breaks for housing not incorporated in this are other harder to quantify factors<g>
