mindmeld, Sigh. Anyone voting Republican, after Bush just sent that $3.1 trillion budget to Congress, has to be a complete moron. The actual budget originates and is decided in Congress. Congress is controlled by Democrats. Do you think Democrats will pass a budget that is smaller? What will be their (or should I say THE budget be? What will it say about anything voting Democrat?
