What is your point? The "Mercy" you have been defending was incorporated by a member of the jihadist Arab Nazi Muslim Brotherhood. The radical Muslim Brotherhood (al-Ikhwan al-Muslimun), who founded such terrorist organizations as al Qaeda, Hamas, Egyptian Islamic Jihad, and Palestinian Islamic Jihad as well.
Ok, so Ahmed Said Khadr only "volunteered" his services for Muslim Brother Soubani. What don't you get? Soubani is a leader of the Muslim Brotherhood. Arab Nazis. The Nazis that 'founded' al Qeada. al Qeada took down the World Trade Center, remember?

I can't figure out why a self-proclaimed scambuster is shilling for the likes of the Muslim Brotherhood and radical Islam?

I do see this though. Tony was an agent of a KLA-operated al Qeada humanitarian front that was used to transfer arms and mercenaries to Bosnia under the guise of humanitarian aid. Human Concern International-Mercy-USA, headquartered in Canada, has a Swedish branch that was alleged to have been smuggling weapons to Bosnia as well.
