Can someone can help me with the math on this deal. The way I see it, each share of RTP is about $421 and each share of BHP is about $69. So if each share of RTP is only worth 3.4 shares of BHP based on latest offer, that translates into each share of RTP only receiving about $243.60 in BHP shares. Doesn't seem to be a good deal for RTP shareholders. Am I missing something????
