Sounds like the barite is quicker to assay than 'the balance of the two drill cores, which consist mainly of carbonaceous black shale and/or argillite, with quartz carbonate and calcite intrusions and locally heavy concentrations of pyrite.'

All you need to do to sell barite is do a rough grind and separate by gravity - impurities don't matter, all they want is weight, and it's not that high either, density of 4.3sg if memory serves ... but while this may pay in the long run it's not sexy, what we need is gold, from either here or Rosebud
