Most interesting number tonight for me from cnn's exit polling numbers was that over 70% of democratic voters could vote for either candidate. I know they talked about it on the republican side but I don't remember the exact numbers but they weren't nearly as high as that. I think this bodes well for the democrats right now.

I think both Hillary and Obama did well and it doesn't look like anyone, at least before the California numbers come in, has gotten a big enough lead in delegates to claim a victory tonight. It will be nice for the voters in the other later voting states to have their votes count.

On the republican side, Huckabee did better than I expected. I think the loser tonight, and again this is before the California numbers are out there, is Romney. McCain is the clear winner tonight but I don't think he did as well as he expected.

It will be interesting to see what the final numbers look like in the morning and what the spin looks and sounds like then.

And prayers to go out to those who felt the brunt of the storms in Arkansas and Tennessee.
