The US has the highest corporate tax in the world.

High Corporate Tax Rate Is Misleading

In general as US companies grow internationally, their reported tax rate declines. That may indicate they grow wisely (ie, set up operations in low tax regions, wherever they are), but its a near unamimous trend. That indicates US taxes are high and overseas rates are lower.
