I attended our district caucus this evening. We had over 100 in attendance at the Republican Caucus.

I wandered around before and talked to some acquaintances. One of the discussions went this way.

"Yep! In my book a war hero outta run it!" That was said by Vern Soucie to my right. Vern was County Sheriff for 8 years. Then Vern asked me, "Who ya here for Bill?".

I replied Ron Paul.

A glazed look went over his eyes and his jaw tightened.

Ron Pauls message rings true with economists, investors and millions of Americans worried about our future.

But with Republicans he seems to be seen as a traitor.....

I am not surprised Ron Paul did not pull more votes. The Republicans I was with sat with crossed arms and glared at the mention of Paul.

But still I was able to talk freely and voice my opinions

And vote my choice.

The vote totals in my district were:

Romney 37
McCain 23
Paul 13
Huckabee 4
