On my broker site I have seen news that Cypress and Simtek are in discussions for Simtek to be acquired by Cypress. There must be some really good stuff going on with the new chip and the fact that Simtek is so cheap right now that Cypress is interested right now. I haven't seen this news anywhere else right now.
