Nouriel Roubini is your basic black cloud economist who has been predicting disaster for the past three years(which is as long as I have been following him). A lot of what he has predicted has not come to pass but the situation changes and he modifies his position to accomodate it. I tend to agree with him since I too am a black cloud armchair economist, but timing is everything and one should not make investment decisions based on his timing. It hasn't been remarkable but one day he may be spot on.
