Does anyone know what type of preferred shares these are? The impact to the company depends on the this. I have looked through past filings and they do not speak to the type. This could mean nothing, or it could mean alot.

Would really like to understand the purpose of this and why at this time? Makes absolutely no sense to me, other than our 3 leaders rewarding themselves for a job well done, before anyone knows whether or not it was in fact a job well done. If this thing crashes, we will know once and for all that this was and has always been a scam.

The thing that makes me the most curious, is the dividend accrual rate on the preferred, and if it is cumulative, which it most likely is. Would like to see how much of a profit they plan on stealing once they declare the dividends on the PS.

Guess we will have to wait and see...
