Her strong association with Bush would probably make her politically 'radioactive' in a general election contest though. Believe that's why most all talk of her as a candidate has died down.. If she uses the next 4-8 years to go get elected as a governor or senator she would be able to run the next go around with her own record and not simply because she worked for bush.
