The HB that builds smaller, cheaper, and concentrates primarily on greener features while encompassing almost zero maintenance will stand out and recover the quickest.
That's where the demand will be, particularly with environmentally conscious boomers heading into retirement.
I think it's been covered here before, but parts of Europe are light years ahead of us.

I'm thinking about it and will be looking for opportunities.
