Hassan at TW:

Probably his best effort at clarifying business and the outlook for existing, announced customers. A good job.

- Described BT as a sizable win. Upon a very direct question in the general Q&A, clarified that the $30-$60/sub comment was a generalization about access revenue and not necessarily a direct comment about BT. Said to use their revenue opportunity for the ACGF(alone) portion as something like Qwest(announced at over $100M) or the Cingular/ATT Wireless business, which is probably $200M and growing. He did say the AGCF win was in some ways comparable to a Class5 win, although the distributed architecture of the BT IP Voice network was not a one-for-one comparison to a traditional Class5 TDM win.

- They will announce new products at 3GSM.

- Sonus is now the market leader in Europe and their share continues to grow.

-Core network growth is running at 20+% annually and this will continue for quite some time.

- Confirmed the expected pickup in Capex in H207 did indeed materialize. Optimistic about the 2008 Capex environment for Sonus, they are pleased with the growth in 08 Capex budgets that their large customers have shared with them.

- Sonus is not participating in U-Verse, that is still under the original Lucent contract win.

- BT orders have commenced.
