CHECK THIS OUT... This is very interesting piece for the puzzle: techweb.com Even though I have very-very-very serious doubts regarding this case (speaking about Microsoft loosing it). But if this happened and Sun's attorneys can prove their point - this may force MSFT out of the Java market (at least for a time being). Guess who may gain big advantage in this case... (...theme from the Jeopardy on the background...)
