It means at todays bid: @ .042 They gave themselves as follows: Walthers : $4,830 & .59% increase in share count. Rutkowski: $4,830 & .59% increase in share count. Schwanitz: $1,050 & 2.34% increase in share count. A. $10,710 in Total B. As a percentage of Estmated Rev Q1 2008: $1,250,000 = .86% C. The effect on OS: 255,000/200,000,000 is about .0013 D. The effect on EPS: may show up in .000 of a decimal point. The above obviously also means they receive more if the pps goes up or just about nothing if it goes down. I don't see this as monetarily significant or the increase in share count as earth shattering/lets run for the hills in fear. I mean, WOW, Schwanitz gave himself a whooping $1050. Am I seeing things wrong here, am I off a few decimal points or something. Anyway. Question : If this was a bonus would you rather they paid this to themselves in cash or in shares? I'm going with "in shares" It's tied to performance. Lets hope they make it worth thier while and ours. ALL IMHO boundtb
