Correct statement, which leaves me wondering why people support the two terrible parties, today. The good news: Congress has no intention of enacting Bush's budget. The bad news: Democrats will likely bloat spending even more. And again, those all-critical tax cuts may soon be history. No one, to be sure, would have expected Democrats to come up with anything better. Bush could have; he didn't. That's bad news - for everyone.
