Talk about hypersters! Cymer folks are so excited, but what a DESPERATE move! An alliance at this stage of the game is about 5 years behind. Catching up is hard to do, that's when you form alliances, for protection. Jmar has already taken care of business and is now prime to take it to alot of the large companies that thought and still think this was impossible this early. I see things getting nasty, but Martinez isn't Bull S---ing around. Straight and to the point.
