I saw you took the diagram from Spansion that I referenced and added the newly announced 3b/c NAND from Tosh. Could you please provide the exact data point(s?) you used to draw the line?

Rink, now that we have the actual cell size of 56nm 3 b/c NAND from Toshiba/Sandisk, the correct picture should look as below. Notice that the red line has moved above the cell size per bit line for Mirrorbit Quad which would imply Mirrorbit Quad would at least have a cell size per bit advantage. The new 3 b/c NAND is supposed to have Write speeds of 8 MB/sec which is pretty good. Any data about Write speeds for MirrorBit Quad?
