I hope so. Here are the comparisons of now and Jan, 2005 when he was predicting that rates would soar (move decimal one place to left to get rate approximation.

FVX(5 yr rate) 36.94 ----- 26.74

TNX(10 yr rate) 41.32 ----- 39.14

TYX(30 yr rate) 45.9 ----- 43.74

In other words, rates are lower today than they were in early 2005. They've bounced up and down in the meantime but nothing meaningful. If one were betting on rates rising, they certainly have a relatively low base to rise from now.
