Yeah, they signed an agreement that is NOT legally binding. Big deal. If it's not a contract, it means absolutely zilch. I can give you the exact date those 20 reactors will begin supplying power to Haiti. It's the 12th of NEVER! LOL! <In Haiti, Haytian Tractor & Equipment has signed an agreement with Sustainable Power Corporation to install 20 bio crude reactors and supply power and fuel in Les Cayes and Petit-Groave.>
