Haven't the vaguest idea about your comment on Intel, but I do know t Atmel fell precipitously last week because one of their guys at a Morgan Stanley lunch in New Jersey said that the y were cautious about the fourth quarter. And that if the trend continued there would problems. This despite the fact that 13 of 14 analysts who follow Atmel strongly recommended it (before this news hit). That's all I k know about it now.
