Yes - jump start, reflation trade. Home prices could also double or triple in the U.S. This would give the markets a boost. Also, lending volumes would jump and all the companies would profit from it.

I think the average US citizen cares as much about the exterior value of the dollar as a russian baboushka does about the rubles (as long as it buys her a bottle of vodka).

Not intended to offend anyone, and I hope noone is offended, indeed.
