In the case of Tradestation it requires a separate account for pit trading, so you have to have one account for E-Trading & one account for Pit trading. The other broker has been telling me for over a year that they will get it online "any day now", but will accept the order over the phone. That would be IB Direct. I guess they will also accept it through their platform via direct messaging to an office broker. The other one I'd try would be Interactive Brokers. I don't know what they do.
