Machinehead, your our completely right about the time of the prs being unimportant. All you have to do is look at the market's reaction. Also, there is disagreement on what is usually the best time to pr. It's also clear that all thats left is for ACII to "show the money". I think the the market's repeated luke warm to negative reception to a number of prs is largely because there are a lot of longs in ACII who have held on but are not impressed or moved by any recent news. They are waiting for big news all else at best has kept a number of us from not selling.
