I’m serving the Resident Agent with a writ of Garnishment and writ if execution to garnish David Calkins & F. Kay Calkins accrued compensation as well as have the convertible preferred shares canceled and reissued to me. I will post how the company responses as they only have 20 days from date of service. <eom>
