There was a man on Rush's radio program today that downloaded and completed the paperwork to become an independent in California. He said that the Republican Party had left him.

Regardless, I will show up to the polling place in November. If there are no alternatives to McCain or Obama I may choose not to vote on that election. It would be ironic for the largest electoral turnout to be followed by one in which very few votes are cast for President.
