After Eight years of leaderless Presidency with the pollsters telling Clinton what they thought that Americans wanted we got an honest and honorable President who demonstrated leadership. It was a refreshing change. It would not be surprising to see a devolution back to the daily polls to determine policy. It may be an effective way to remain popular, but it is a terrible way to run anything.

We must remain faithful and vote in the Congressional races and in local races to ensure that democrats don't make insurmountable gains. Having a statistic like this Presidential election garnering only 2/3 of the total votes of the 2004 election would be widely unreported by the liberal media but Conservatives would know they were sending a message that smart people would notice.
