He gave his reasons for the change in outlook on TEFQX in the second paragraph of page seven of the March 2001 issue.

He gave his reasons for the change in his secular bear market outlook in the June 2007 issue, from the last paragraph of page two through the third paragraph of page three.

I generally am careful to avoid using words like "always," or "without exception," and I avoided doing so this time, but I have seen Brinker give reasons for changes in his outlook many, many times, enough so that Honey's speculation about subscriber outrage over them is likely wishful thinking on her part.
