Jerry: The High Island area in the Gulf of Mexico has been a "hot" area. I first became aware of Blue Dolphin when Oil and Gas Journal listed them as one of the fastest growing companies (in their issue of Sept. 2, 1996), with an increase in net income of over 400% from the prior year and stockholder equity increase of 79%. I made some notes, set it aside and forgot about it. Could be that now is a good time to think about dedicating some speculative $ to this one, it's always nice to have the volume tell us to buy.
