Don't want to hunker down for too much longer except perhaps late stage markets like SLC..I can't believe the fall in home prices in the central valley CA area..not as bad as SW FL but perhaps it gets the silver..even the Denver area has really cracked as you can pick up a nice almost new 2k sf suburban home for $140-150k that was perhaps $250k two years ago
