IR response to recently issued preferred shares:

The shares are not convertible to common, have no monetary value, they can not be used to vote themsselves special privileges etc. It protects them from a hostile takeover. The Company has great assets now in capital equipment and a growing book of business.

Check out the voting rights on these shares:

sec.gov

Section 3. Voting Rights. Except as otherwise provided herein and as otherwise required by law, each share of the Series A Preferred Stock shall have 1,000 votes on all matters presented to be voted by the holders of common stock.

So Walther, Rutkowski and Schwanitz now have 255M more shares of voting power (to go along with their 40M common shares).
